UPM was incorporated with the purpose of buying, selling and managing their own, and their associates' properties. Specialising in residential, rest homes, youth hostels and private dwellings. As the years progressed we now provide an extension of these services and manage private domestic dwellings.

Owning properties in tower blocks have given UPM ample experience in managing and servicing domestic blocks and now UPM offer extensive investment opportunities. UPM experience has stemmed from providing and managing large portfolios for local and central governments, for the purpose of accommodating service users with special needs, which enhanced our historical ability in developing modern and effective management systems.
